At Botanica La Santisima, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Many of our products are spiritually prepared, blessed, ritually dedicated, or made in limited quantities. Due to the personal and spiritual nature of these items, all sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
- All products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for spiritual products, ritual items, candles, soaps, oils, sprays, baths, rosaries, or any other merchandise once an order has been placed.
- We cannot guarantee spiritual, energetic, ritual, or metaphysical outcomes, as individual experiences and beliefs vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging.
- A description of the issue.
If approved, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing or preparation has begun. Many items are prepared specifically for each customer, making them unsuitable for resale.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
